This policy explains what information AtAflex Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and our free SEO audit, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to provide the service.

Who we are

Information we collect

• The website you submit for an audit. When you use the free SEO audit, you give us a public URL. We fetch and analyze the public content at that address to produce your report.
• Your contact details (only if you ask for the full report). To unlock and send the full audit we collect your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us through a form or by email, we receive what you choose to include.
• Technical and usage data. With each audit request our server records a one-way hashed form of your IP address (for rate-limiting and abuse prevention — we do not store the raw IP), your browser’s user-agent string, and any campaign parameters (UTM tags) in the link you arrived from.
• Analytics data (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects standard, IP-anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device/browser type. See Cookies below.

How we use your information

• To run the SEO audit you requested and generate, email and store your report.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To secure the service — rate-limiting, preventing abuse, and keeping the audit tool available.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• If you opt in, to send you occasional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Consent — for analytics cookies and any marketing email.
• Contract / your request — to deliver the audit and report you asked for.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure and to answer enquiries, balanced against your rights.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site:

• Our AI provider. To analyze the page you submit, the crawled public content of that URL is sent to our AI analysis provider (Anthropic). We do not send your personal contact details for this step.
• Email delivery. Your report and any reply are sent through our email provider (Titan).
• Analytics. Google Analytics, only if you have consented.
• Hosting & infrastructure that stores the data securely on our behalf.
• Authorities or advisors where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

Some providers above operate outside your country (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers’ appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep audit leads and reports for as long as needed to provide the service and follow up, and then delete or anonymize them. Security logs (hashed IP, user-agent) are kept for a short period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. We use cookies sparingly:

• Strictly necessary — a small amount of local storage remembers your cookie choice and keeps the audit working. These are required for the site to function and are not used for tracking.
• Analytics (optional) — if you click Accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure usage. We run Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you accept, and IP addresses are anonymized.

You can decline analytics in the banner, and you can change your mind later by clearing this site’s storage in your browser settings, which makes the banner appear again. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at info@ataflexsolutions.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), one-way hashing of IP addresses, encrypted storage of sensitive keys, access controls and rate-limiting. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
